Fix your Credit Hassle-Free

Your credit score can either give you or deny you financial freedom in many ways. By having bad credit score, your loan application may be easily disapproved, you may be required to pay high interest rate for a car or home loan, or you can be denied an accountant job, among many other disadvantages. All these are the cons of having a poor credit score. But all is not lost because this is the place where you will learn how to improve your credit score by yourself.

Hello,
My name is Gordon Thomson, I started sharing information with people on how to repair their credit record after having a personal experience that I wouldn't wish on anybody; during the 1981-1983 recession, my real estate business was greatly affected and with my financial reserves depleted I was left with credit obligations that I could not meet, my credit score suffered and lenders turned down my applications for loans and credit cards.

I wanted to enjoy what my peers were enjoying; a new car, nights out with the family, a new house.

I was at the cross roads because I could not even afford to hire a credit consultant to help me repair my credit.      Therefore I decided to learn on my own the methods I could use to fix my credit.      There is no college course that I know of on "how to repair credit" but there are laws to be studied and endless other resources offering insights into the complex techniques that consultants use.    My research of the laws and use of the resources coupled with my background in real estate and finance enabled me to obtain the expert knowledge which I used to fix my  own credit and publish my first DIY Credit Repair Manual in 1986

Three decades later I am still doing research and updating my knowledge on the most effective methods to repair credit which I provide free to anyone who needs it.    Many people who are using my proven strategies have been able to overcome financial obstacles by fixing their credit.

To avoid wasting time and reduce your cost of hiring a credit consultant, I decided to publish this website and blog to provide for free the necessary information you need to know in order to repair your credit.      All the strategies I suggest are proven to be effective and have helped many people take control of their financial life.

Basically, the most common approach I recommend is as follows: request a copy of your credit report; understand the report and check the accuracy of the information on your report and dispute any inconsistencies;   pay your bills on time; have a limit on the number of credit cards you open and keep your credit card balances below 30% of the limit.
If you have no idea on how to deal with this kind of information, stay tuned to this site I will provide you all the information you need on how to repair your credit yourself.     Check out the blog page and comment or if you ask a question related to the article I will do my best to give you a clear answer or direct you to a reliable source.

I am here to help you repair your credit and make use of the new opportunities that emerge every day.    Having bad credit is not the end of life; you can fix it and enjoy the opportunities that others are enjoying.

The services I provide for free are designed to help you boost your FICO score.

My best regards to your life with good credit

Gordon Thomson
